We ask you to respect the barrier gestures, keep your distance, wear a mask and to report any anomaly to us.
Please also advise your family and friends who may be at risk to stay at home for their own safety.
Favour weekdays rather than weekends: exhibitors will have more time for you and you will greatly contribute to limiting the number of visitors on Saturdays and Sundays.
We would also appreciate it, if you could download your invitation from the Internet instead of buying a ticket on site.
We'll take care of everything else!
We have drawn up a health reference system with 26 measures to protect everybody attending HOME EXPO. These measures concern visitors, exhibitors and suppliers and include counting and access control of people, redesigned space organisation, use of digital solutions, provision of hydroalcoholic gel, increased disinfection rates, use of the highest standards for air filtration, employment and training of additional staff and ongoing consultation with the authorities.
There will be various information points and additional staff on site to assist you throughout the exhibition. You can also contact us by e-mail (info@thebox.lu) or via our dedicated hotline at (00352) 4399-499. Your remarks will be forwarded directly to the hygiene representative of Luxexpo The Box.
Yes, it is mandatory to wear a mask when visiting HOME EXPO. You can take it off when you are seated, but you must keep a safe distance of 1m50.
Yes, a minimum density of one person per 4 square metres must always be guaranteed. As soon as this is no longer possible, no more visitors will be admitted. With the free invitations on this website, you will only have access to the fair within a certain time frame (valid for half a day).
We are aware that the decisions made at HOME EXPO are important and often require the advice or approval of a relative. However, given the current health situation, we recommend limiting the size of groups to a maximum of three people.
The following barrier gestures can prevent the spread of the virus:
Appointments are not obligatory but highly recommended in order to limit the number of visitors at certain stands. You will also benefit from personalised service if you make an appointment in advance. On the event website you can make an appointment by contacting the exhibitor directly.
The same rules apply as in all restaurants in Luxembourg. Please ensure that you keep a minimum distance of 1.50 m from other guests and that you wear a mask when you are walking around the food court.
The air renewal and filtration systems that we have equipped the building with allow a complete and constant purification and renewal of the ambient air in most spaces. We are committed to equipping the spaces with equipment that meets the highest possible standard. F9 filters are being deployed throughout the site to replace the F5 and F7 filters. We are also committed to setting our heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations to 100% fresh air to speed up the evacuation of stale air. In addition, ventilation rates have been implemented to complete the system.
There will be no medical check-up. However, if a person presents with suspicious symptoms, access will be systematically denied.
We advise people who feel ill to stay at home and consult their doctor. If you are unable to attend the event, we will be happy to send you the contact details of the exhibitors with whom you would like to get in touch with.
Service dogs are allowed.
For pet dogs, access is at the discretion of the security staff, with particular regard to criteria of cleanliness and dangerousness. Their access is therefore possible, but is not guaranteed.
